Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used brush heads
  • Opened hygiene-related products
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product arrived defective
  • Product was damaged during delivery
